The Society organized its first meeting in 1981, with William Altemeier, M.D. as the President. We are actively seeking
applications from individuals who have an interest in infections in the surgical setting. Beginning this year, all applications
to the Society will be received electronically. Please see the link to the left if you wish to apply.
